Every time I get my hopes up about warm weather, they get dashed.
However, this bad weather gives me a chance to get fashiony and think about hypothetical cute outfits. While these late 60s Paris Rochas outfits are technically for Fall, I can totally see myself rocking a similar look for Spring.
