I've been meaning to make Mac and Cheez and I finally did it. I used this recipe from Lottie + Doof.
I left the bacon and the parsley out cause I didn't have any. I kinda wish I had left the onions out also- I learned today that I don't like onions in my mac. Oh well. It was still v. good.
