Muffin Time!

First time I baked in, oh, pretty much ever. :)

Corn and Chive Muffins

1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/2 stick butter, softish
1/4 cup honey
1 cup cooked corn
A bunch of chives

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl.
In another, mix the wet. Save the corn and chives.
Add the wet to the dry.
Add the corn and the chives.
(Use scissors to snip the chives into the bowl and save yourself some chopping)
Pour into greased or lined muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes.

Should make about 12-16 muffins.
